Fall and Spring enrollment open for K-5. Middle and high school is enrolling for Spring (2nd semester) only.
Since we opened our virtual doors more than 20 years ago, students have come to us ahead, behind, and everywhere in between. Our Ohio-certified teachers meet each learner at their level, tailoring their instruction to help them move forward confidently.
How to Enroll in Online School
Enrolling at 樱桃app色 is simple, and you don鈥檛 have to navigate it alone. We鈥檙e here to answer any questions you may have about the enrollment process or our school!
Eligibility Requirements
What do I need to enroll?
- Proof of Residency: While attending 樱桃app色, students must maintain a full-time Ohio residency.
Age Requirements
- Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by September 30.
- Students must be able to complete all Ohio graduation requirements by their 22nd birthday.
Parent Compact
- Parents must review and agree to the Parent Compact during the enrollment/registration process.
Four Simple Steps to Enroll

Create an Enrollment Portal Account
K12鈥檚 enrollment portal provides access to your online application to 樱桃app色, along with real-time alerts and quick links to important info.
Submit an Application
Once you鈥檙e in the enrollment portal, simply fill in the fields with your child鈥檚 information, select 樱桃app色, and hit submit. Need more time to complete your application or have an additional student to enroll? Save your application to add an additional student or come back later to submit.
Upload Additional Documents
In this step, you鈥檒l share more details about your child and upload required documents. For a list of what鈥檚 needed, contact our enrollment consultants at 866.339.9071. Use the enrollment checklist at the start of the online form to stay on track.

Important Announcement
Applications are approved in the order in which the enrollment steps outlined above have been completed until we reach our enrollment cap. If enrollment is capped, applicants will be notified and placed on 樱桃app色鈥檚 wait list in the order in which they complete the steps. If necessary, seat offers will be extended throughout the school year as space becomes available.
